Nope! We will either send you a free quote via text or email for your project. Depending on the season and the project it can take anywhere between 2 days to a week or two.

For large/complex projects, DHI offers an initial quote with rough pricing to give clients an idea of pricing and costs. Material costs are not typically offered for large/complex projects due to the amount of time required for accuracy. Detailed pricing lists and takeoffs are included in pre-construction planning.

For complex luxury projects we work with designers and architects to bring your vision to life. But we also work with property managers and clients who have a budget. Let us know what you need and we will work with you!

For developers and other construction companies we offer both T&M services or bids.

We run an emergency call service for property management companies, homeowners, and anyone else who may be needing it. We may be able to give you an approximate estimate over the phone but it depends on the emergency. Just to have a technician go out to your home immediately there will be a $ 200 charge, plus the cost of repairs.

We offer consulting services to contractors, homeowners, and potential homeowners.

Consulting is offered at a fee of $80/ hour. Travel time of up to 30 minutes is free. Anything over 30 minutes is charged at a rate of $80/hour.

Consulting services can be for pre-construction planning which involves material lists, takeoffs, discussions with the city, pricing lists, etc.
